9 Days Left for Zabbix Conference 2013 Registration
Zabbix Conference 2013 is an international conference, yearly organized by Zabbix SIA, and devoted to one of the leading monitoring solutions on the global market – Zabbix. This year it will take place at Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel in Riga, Latvia on September 6th-7th.
The two-day event will cover 22 presentations, including talks, live demos and technical sessions that are all in one way or another connected to Zabbix, its operation, potential, best practices and more.

Visit of Zabbix CEO to Nordic Countries
Next month, from September 17th to September 20th, Alexei Vladishev (founder & CEO, Zabbix SIA) and Sergey Sorokin (Director of Business Development, Zabbix SIA), will visit four Nordic countries, i.e. Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland for the purpose of business meetings with existing and potential local Zabbix customers, users and partners.
The main focus of the scheduled business meetings is to deliver to attendees a series of short presentations, by the Zabbix team and partners of Zabbix, telling how a company may decrease hardware and software downtimes and increase company revenues by using the Zabbix Monitoring Solution. Internal checks for Zabbix proxies [ZBXNEXT-1098]
If you are using Zabbix proxies in your setup, you probably want to be able to monitor their performance. In Zabbix 2.2 we've introduced new internal checks to track various proxy data. You will be able to monitor proxy processes, queue and cache sizes as well as the number of monitored hosts and items.
